Our History


1991 – 1992: The Beginning

Before founding Human Incorporation, Shinya Ito gained valuable experience working for Nikko Company, where he developed a deep understanding of workforce management and business operations.


1992: The Founding of Human Incorporation

In 1992, Mr. Ito resigned from Nikko Company and established Human Incorporation in Kameyama City, Mie Prefecture, Japan. The company began by providing 20 skilled construction workers and steeplejacks, marking the start of a long journey in manpower and staffing services

1993: Early Expansion

Human Incorporation grew quickly, supplying 30 workers to the Mitsubishi Chemical Plant, establishing a reputation for reliability and quality staffing solutions.


1994 – 1995: Supporting Honda’s Supply Chain

The company expanded further by indirectly sourcing 50 workers to a Tier 1 supplier of Honda, strengthening its foothold in Japan’s automotive manufacturing sector.


1996 – 1998: Growth with Hirata Incorporation (H-One)

Human Incorporation supplied 120 workers to Hirata Incorporation (now known as H-One), a major Honda-related company. This partnership played a key role in the company’s continued growth.


1999 – 2005: Strategic Partnerships and Expansion

Human Incorporation provided 80 workers to Yanagawa Precision Company and Sumitomo Denso Company. Thanks to strong referrals from H-One, business continued to expand rapidly during this period.


2005: Direct Partnership with Honda

Building on years of success, Human Incorporation began working directly with Honda, supplying 100 workers to support production operations. This milestone marked a major step in the company’s evolution.


2006: Global Growth and New Partnerships

Human Incorporation expanded its reach by sourcing workers for TS Tech, F-Tech, and Honda Logistics.
By this time, the company had deployed over 800 workers and began sourcing for Honda’s operations in the Philippines, reflecting its growing international presence.


2009: Diversification and New Ventures

In 2009, Human Incorporation founded Human Security Company, diversifying its business portfolio.


2009 – 2010: Expanding to the United States

Driven by a vision for global growth, Shinya Ito launched Human USA in Richmond, Kentucky, marking the company’s entry into the American market. The U.S. operations began by supplying 15 associates to Richmond Auto Parts Technology (RAPT), laying the foundation for future success.

From its beginnings in Kameyama City to its expansion into the United States, Human Incorporation and Human USA continue to grow—committed to connecting people, empowering businesses, and building lasting partnerships around the world.
