Our story began in Kameyama City, Japan, where Human Manpower was founded in 1992. Building on years of success serving many Japanese companies, we expanded our expertise to the United States with the establishment of Human USA in 2009.

Driven by his vision to bring Human Manpower’s excellence to America, President Shinya Ito founded Human USA in Richmond, Kentucky. To begin operations, Mr. Ito partnered with Richmond Auto Parts Technology (RAPT) to employ ten associates—marking the start of our journey in the U.S.

 Since then, Human USA has proudly extended its services to Asahi Forge of America and Asahi Bluegrass Forge, reinforcing our growing presence in the region.
